Acceptable Use Policy.

These tools produce physical objects from pictures people upload. That makes what goes in worth being clear about. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Do not upload

• Anything sexual involving children. No exceptions, no context in which this is acceptable. We report it.
• Real people without their agreement, especially in a sexual, degrading or defamatory context.
• Artwork you have no right to use — see the AI Content Licence.
• Content promoting terrorism, or hatred against people for their race, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Working weapons, or parts of them. Fantasy swords and sci-fi blasters on a miniature are fine. Anything printable into a functioning weapon or a component of one is not.
• Content designed to deceive — counterfeit goods, forged items, or figures made to pass as another brand's product.

Do not do

• Attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or work around usage limits
• Use another person's account, or share yours
• Resell access to the tools
• Scrape or bulk-download other people's shared figures
• Attempt to make our systems produce content that breaks this policy

Adult content

Figures for adults are allowed within reason, provided everyone depicted is clearly an adult and consenting, and it is not the sort of thing we would be embarrassed to print. Our generation suppliers run their own filters and may refuse work regardless of our view.

We will not print anything we find objectionable, and we do not have to explain the aesthetic judgement. If we refuse a print we refund it.

Enforcement

Depending on what has happened we may remove content, turn off a share link, suspend or close an account, refuse a print, or report the matter to the police.

We aim to be proportionate. An honest mistake gets a conversation; deliberate abuse does not. Where we close an account for a breach we refund any unused allowance, unless the breach was fraudulent or the content was illegal.
