Product prototype series.

The brief

Five iterations of a handheld device enclosure, evolving from a looks-like model to a works-like prototype with snap-fits, threaded inserts and a soft-touch finish for investor demos.

What we made

Early rounds ran overnight in FDM for speed; the final demo units were resin-printed, vapour-smoothed and painted. Tolerance feedback between rounds cut the fit issues to zero by version four.
